Artisanal Process
100% handmade, it has 3 masonry and volcanic stone furnaces, stone tahona for grinding and / or extraction of juices, fermentation in wooden barrels and distillation in two stages in copper stills.
Traditional process
With autoclaves and masonry furnaces for cooking, 5-step grinding train for extraction, fermentation carried out slowly in stainless steel tanks and distillation is carried out in stainless steel stills with copper coil.
Industrial Process
It is made by means of a diffuser for the extraction of agave juice and column distillation.
